Meet The Staff

Megan Batz is the owner and founder, Uniquely You Therapies. LLC. as well as Clinical director and lead Occupational Therapist on her team. She began her journey at Carroll University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography with a minor in Graphic Design, followed by a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Her passion for healthcare was ignited by compassionate professionals who took the time to listen and connect on a personal level, inspiring a pursuit of a medical career despite an aversion to blood. The discovery of occupational therapy through a health career advisor led to a love for its artistic foundations and the role of creative activities in supporting children's development.

With experience in both special education and traveling occupational therapy, she has worked alongside exceptional professionals and experienced diverse cultures that have enriched her practice. These experiences have equipped her with a wealth of knowledge, for which she is profoundly grateful.

In addition to professional qualifications, including certificates in Primitive Reflex Integration and Therapeutic Listening, she is excited to bring her skills and insights into her practice. There is a deep commitment to helping children achieve their developmental milestones and engage in meaningful activities.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her nieces, whether camping, swimming, or watching movies. She also loves photography, painting, drawing, reading, camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
